thanx man but after i finish the second workout that i begin from week 6 and i rest another 10 days then what i start always from week 6 ?

@lakayken8 depends your strength. is you max effort jump already hitting 30 inches? btw they are gimmicks. you need to do serious approach in weights and nutrition.

@camerencastro20 I didn't.I would always do Sprints,Dunk a little,& then do the Jumpsoles.Try it out man.

hey man after 8 weeks i rest 10 days then i begin from week 4 and increase reps after i do that do i always begin from week 4

@malekkarate You can start from week 6,then 8,then start add reps if you continue to use them.You don't want you body to get used to the workouts,keep pushing yourself.
