There is the matter of admitting Joshua even existed. If you do, then you must also agree that they came into Cannan from Siani with a great army in order to defeat all those cities. If you wont deny this brutal history, then you must ask yourself, how did the hebrews come to be so many in the Siani, and where did they come from? This video is no good. It isn't educational, and it make light of Gods sevarity, Joshuas unwavering faith, and the courage of Isreal. You cant convert this to disney. Someone commented that Joshua was worse than hitler. I say you are wrong. Hitler plundered and broke traeties. Joshuas army did not take plunder, they didn't do it for slaves. They didnt make or break treaties. The wared no nonsense and miricles helped them. One time one soldied dared to hide treasure, the whole army was punished.

One evidence anti christians give for their hatred of the bible is the brutality described in the wars of Joshua. It's distubing to me that know one adresses why Joshua was told to be so swift and merciless. This wasn't a case of peacefull nature worshippers, these were human sacraficeing idol worshipping blood thirsty neighbors who genocided eachother as often as possible. To deny this origin of pagan practice is to deny history. They proved they wouldnt allow the hebrews to live.

3 rd part Is it Satan´s deceit, that I feel sick from any slaughter, that I am disgusted from any genocide independently on its purpose? Our god told us to "love everybody, even our enemies", he told us "DON´T KILL". Shouldnt we spread love and peace in the name of our God? Or do you think that I am mistaken?

something to be proud of, something to be admired? Do you know that Joshua and his army deliberately slaughtered all people from conquered towns? Women, children, old people, even goats, rabbits and other animals? Killing everything what was alive. Just because they wanted to live there. This is called genocide. The movie is cute and nice, but I am getting goosbumps from thought what was the cruel bloody reality behind sweet cartoon.

I am a religious person too, but I would like to ask you about something. Why are peaceful Canaanite people living in their own land, in their own town built by their own hands, why are these people ENEMIES? Just because somebody else wants to have their land and take it by force? Why Jews didnt try to share this land peacefuly with native nations who lived there in the past? Is taking somebody´s land by force and slaughtering all people a good deed,

@SunnyLovetts That's cool dude, i don't know if I beleive if there is a god or not but bible story's are intersting, don't know if any of them are true or just fiction but i still find them intersting. Thanks for sharing your point of view, also do you know if the bible is a collection of short story's?

Your purpose is to have faith in the GOD that Created you, and DIED for you even though YOU his creation, sinned against him. Would you die for someone that hates you? Well his love was so great that he did. God told me to tell you this. Do with it what you will.
