Here is Germany was made to prepare soldiers who had not seen combat to go to Germany for the US occupation after the May 8, 1945 unconditional surrender. The film was, however, never used for its intended purpose.

Here is Germany was a 1945 propaganda documentary film directed by Frank Capra. Like its companion film, Know Your Enemy: Japan, the film is a full-length exploration of why one of the two major Axis countries
started World War II and what had to be done to keep them from "doing it again".

Prussia was the developing force in germany: many new laws, defeat the feudal system.

In the time of Bismarck and in the first years of Wilhelm II germany was more powerful in economy than usa.

Oddly enough it's probably americans who are defending germany now, well atleast "anti semitic" americans and those who see truth in revisionism, germans won't defend themselves if they were being conquered,considering that all this propaganda has made them hate themselves

this piece of film makes some points, but simplifies the german history a lot. in fact the former authocratic state of prussia became the last resistance of democracie against hitler in the weimarer republik, he had to remove its gouvernment with an illegal police action. hitlers real backup was in bavaria, so blaming all on prussia is a bit short handed.

the scenes of friedrich are taken from a nazi propaganda movie by the way, so it was obvious for the makers to start with him i guess.

This is basically bullshit. Germany was a mass of disjointed principalities 100 years before world wars. They've never been worth a damn at wars, sort of like the Mets of warfare.
