Take the Farm to Fork journey through the Urban Wheat Field which sprouted in New York City October 6th through 8th. The Wheat Foods Council brought Americas most-consumed grain to life educating people about how the wheat plant becomes the foods that help to nourish America and the world.
What an interesting idea! I wish I could have brought my students out to this. Are you doing this in anymore cities?
