Billy wrote this back when he was with Talas in Buffalo NY and they were a big regional act then. Me growing up near Pittsburgh , it was a pretty big deal if you had a " Talas " LP. and word of mouth got around about Billy . Helluva bass player and from all accounts , a really nice guy ! I knew Paul a little bit . He was from Delmont , Pa. and he was in a band called " Giant " with Dave Gonzalez and Jeff Coffer and half of the 1st Racer X LP was being played by them .
