50 Cent getting bottled off at Reading Festival in 2004.
For the record; Some people seem to be under the illusion that 50 Cent being bottled off was some sort of racist attack. As someone who attended the festival and felt the vibe at the time, I can say with absolute certainty that wasn't the case at all. Equally the bottling was not because of the genre of music. Rap acts have performed at Reading festival countless times (Dizzee Rascal, Lethal Bizzle to name but two) and the crowd gave a perfectly positive reaction to them. The hostility towards 50 Cent was entirely aimed at his attitude towards violence, guns, women, the lifestyle he supports and the bad attitude he encourages in young people.

@AnimePIMP1 he wasnt so much of a "G" when he walked off stage mumbling that he's going home nearly crying he was so pissed off, and its not like there hasnt been good rappers at Reading fest before, 50 cent is just shit. it was funny as hell when a bottle of piss flew passed him and he had a nice golden shower...
