  • Maybe because of the sound of the synthies of that time, but I think the theme is still darker and more evil than a Pink Floyd-Track and the keyboard melody-lines are definitely Claudio-Simonetti-Style. But I also remember, they used a Pink-Floyd-Song for a Horror-Movie which was called "Barracuda" here in Germany, which came out also about 1977/1978. That sounded frighteningly, too. So I agree that Pink Floyd's music also can make a good horror-movie soundtrack.

  • How did you learn how to play this?

  • Hello good sir, greetings from Canada!

I am a huge dawn of the Dead/Goblin fan, and I have been looking for how to play this on piano. Do you mind doing a large video intstruction on how to play it?

  • where can i get mp3?

  • Great job at recreating the original sounds !

  • Actually the old German version was exactly the opposite. They cut tons of dialogue and left ALL the gore scenes.

With only 102 min. It was the shortest uncensored version of all. :P

But generally you're right. They banned it shortly afterwards and just sold heavily cencored versions for some reason. ;(

  • German version of Dawn was heavily censored, almost ripped to shreds by the German film board, on top of that the movie was banned as a video nasty

  • This is really great!!

  • i am drunk, so my words may not sound right, what i am saying is that this song in this video, being covered, is in dawn of the dead(1978) and when i used to watch this movie, i thought this song sounded very much like a pink floyd song. I know it is not a pink floyd song, adn i know the group here remaking it is NOT pink floyd. I had to clear that up, cuz i know some idiot is gonna message me back saying"""" this is not pink floyd, this song is in dawn of the dead"" or sum stupid shit

  • this song, the original, and the cover being replicated, always reminded me of a pink floyd track. I would watch this film alot back when I was a kid, and I thought pink floyd made the song being covered in this movie.
