This is the first of a series of video blogs that I'll be doing to gauge my workout progress. My plan is to be very fit in 3 months, and being fit is different from having a beach body. I want to have a defined physique and still be able to run 5 miles in 40 minutes, run a flight of stairs 3 times and not feel winded, and do about 100 pushups at one setting and not be exhausted. Those are good traits of having great fitness. I also want to get into natural body building competition, so if any of you guys have tips on how to tweak my physique as well as nutrition plans let me know. msg me. Thanks. I hope this video motivates others to pursue fitness as well.
