i wish someday we'll have more health builders that are going to be concerned of true health first and steroidmuscle "building" in second place. a true health seaker is a practionner os sports and Physical Culture as well .he is concernned of the future years to come and does not want to become a sick old man with memories of the past and photos showing "how big i was when i was young"
