  • @lingtrin try eating a bhut jolokia and tell me how not hot it is, and when you dry peppers or other spices the flavor intensifies because there is no water to dilute the spice or flavor.

  • That sauce is like for coating meat and then putting it to the oven, or even tortillas and the fried them to make enchiladas, is not a hot sauce at all

  • I got worried because the color was brown. I use ablor or something? Great taste and great heat with the extra habenero I put in there.
