You stupid gypsy bastard, you just were blind and deaf, not wanting to see the evidence, and you didnt wanted to recognize the truth either of sheer stupidity or because you cant recognize real human being when you see one. Fuckin looser, you're hopeless.

YOU KILLED NEDA shame on you
shame on you ,,,disgusting , yes you came to kill Her and Fly back, sure 15 min after you killed neda BBC alreaddddy knew, Arash wonder why,
#3. He's talking like someone afraid to be disbelieved, thus he points out unnecessary details, like the one that you can find Salehi street on the map.
#4. His story about the poor Basij crying "I didn't want to shoot her" and being caught by civilians is complete horse crap. No other source has mentioned any such thing in the past week and if it had really happened it would've definitely been mentioned because Neda has become a huge figure and it matters a lot if her killer has been caught.

#4. It's not because no one else has talked about it that it has not happened. It sounds totally true to me. One could have thought that, in that situation, people would have killed the guy, but they feared for their life. Have you ever lived under dictatorship? You don't see things the same way in that context. They kept his name, though, and I guess he has not slept too well since then.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Why lose any sleep when not only has his name never been made public anywhere, his very existence in the role he played wasn't ever mentioned by the media at all?
I've watched it again and I must say I'm less convinced of my theory now, but I'd still assign it a probability of over 50% and bet that he's lying rather than telling the truth.

It's OK, I wasn't trying to convince you, I only gave counterarguments. I don't know the truth either, I was not there. My feeling is that he's completely sincere, though.
To answer your question: if people have taken photos of him and have kept his ID card, he has good reasons to lose sleep, in my opinion. But in today's context, they can't do much against him, I guess. Gathering around Neda's tomb gets you arrested, so forget about going to police to file a complaint against the murderer.
