One of the great American performers. I saw him in concert in the late 1970's and what a performance he gave. He actually enjoyed himself and was great with the audience. A rare talent. Thanks for 50 years of Neil Sedaka.

@blahdelablah Sorry, I agree with you, I shouldn't say 'true music'. I should say the traditional method of making music using instruments as opposed to the common method many artists employ nowadays of using computers.

Any time I hear someone say "true music", "real music", or variations on that theme, I know that person doesn't understand music. The only thing that exists is music, what you call "true music" is just another way of saying "music I enjoy". Anyway, I enjoy this tune, so we have at least one thing in common.

Neil Sadaka is another great artist indeed. When the word music is these are the songs the old ones that are classics. The same with all the old songs even There's A Summer Place is wonderful by their respective artists. You don't find that kind of good music today.
