why there r thousand recipes and ways to prepare simple kulfi which one is the real authentic recipe/way in one Chanel the lady mix one piece of bread (bread in kulfi?) please educate me thanks

@oksana170166 : It depends on the age and the maturity of the child and also accordingly assign them the tasks. You will still need to be around and keep an eye on them but it is a good thing to get them involved at a young age :)

@kayamat102 cool whip is whip cream!, just take cream and whip it with a whisk until the cream thickens and you get cool whip

I just discovered Kulfi at the South Asian Cultural Festival in Toronto on Gerrard Street. I had 2, but wanted more. It was unfortunate that it was too hot to bring any home. Well now I have the recipe and directions. THANK YOU.

@Marmalade06: You can use cream and whip it with a whisk until the cream thickens and you get a frothy thick consistency. It should not be watery at all.

where do u get ur blenders? the ones i'm used to seeing have the handle or whatever and two whisk things

you did not explain what was the stuff in the cane/packet atleast you should post the recipe can you do that please so that we should know what really needed to make kulfi thanks
