  • Sorry, but this video wasted a minute and 35 seconds of my time. It just made me even more moody...lol... Anyone else anemic AND hypothyroid? Its hard because the treatments interact with each other.... :(

  • Dr.Ray Peat teaches that we need glucose from foods like fruits or squashes or white sugar to support liver&thyroid to convert t4 in2 active T3.. he also advices AVOIDing allpolyunsaturated fats(nuts, seeds, fatty fishes)and using ONLY saturated ones like cream, butter, cacao butter, coconut oil,mct oil and beef/lamb fat.. Low carb diets are to be avoided otherwise metabolism Shuts down!!

  • EFF OFF ! !

  • This video SUCKS!!!!

  • That video was completely ridiculous. I found out more about my thyroid on the back of a Captain Crunch Box.

  • AVOID gluten -wheat, rye, barley, spelt, kamut and non GF oats. Enjoy- organic fruits & veggies (non-cruciferous- lettuce, squash, dandelion greens, purslane, non cruciferous sprouts, tomatoes, asparagus), organic grass fed & finshed meats, unprocessed sea salt and sweeteners- stevia & xylitol. Some people can tolerate some pseudo grains- teff, amaranth, quinoa & chia seeds. Beans, IF tolerated, s/b soaked and cooked thoroughly. Use baking soda, vodka & vinegar to clean & Dr. Bronner's soap.

  • Didn't help me either. Best diet for Hypothyroidism- AVOID- food goitrogens- raw cruciferous veggies, millet, raw peaches and raw pears, all processed foods (soda, ceral, bread, etc.), processed sugars (raw/ brown/ white sugar, agave, corn syrup, etc.), all chemicals in food (artificial sweeteners/ flavors/ coloring) & chem laden meats. Avoid environmental goitrogens- air fresheners, cleaners, soaps, etc.

  • No, calcium does not need to be avoided. But it should not be taken within four hours of your thyroid meds, because it will counteract the effect of natural or synthetic thyroid supplements.

  • Everyone keeps stating natural. What Crap... Medications are Chemicals, and whats with the computer voice followed by silence and replaced by typing, SHAME!!

    WHAT A BULL CRAP VIDEO,
