Hey you girls are great, excellent Gaelic singing!
I'm mad about Gaelic language, I have listened to loads of puirt a beul and your set is so enjoyable! Way to go!

'Se puirt a beul a chanas sin ris an t-seorsa seinn seo ach chan e sin idir an t-ainm a th' air na puirt. Tha na nigheanan a seinn "A chaora chrom/ Sheatadh Cailleach Ruilleadh Cailleach / Thoir a-nall Ailean thugam."

Chan eil ach beagan dè duine sam bith a' dèanamh oidhirp airson an rud mar seo. It is not many who will even try something like this. I applaud you for honoring the Gàidhlig language with what was a lot of work and discipline. Tang duibh! Thanks to you both!

Well done, ladies. This brings back memories of having seen Sìleas in concert in Knoxville, TN in 1989. Math dha-rìribh!

Along time ago my friends and I had the CD Celtic Odyssey. The two girls from my group would love to sing it all the time and you two remind me of the times they would chant this over and over. Thanks for reviving those memories
So, are you babes married? ;-)

Thank you for including "Thoir a nall Ailean ugam" - I love that song. I don't know why people bothered to mention your pronunciation of Gaelic, you handled it very well.

Thank you! I agree about the pronunciation... it was a task enough figuring out how to say those words at all! :)

Wow, you beautiful ladies brought a tear to my eyes. I haven't heard this in years. I heard a version just like you did back when I was 15 or so on a radio program that played on the local public radio station in north carolina, Thistle and Shamrock I believe it was called. I never knew who did it and I never heard it again but it always stuck with me.
Aweome to hear it again.
