sarap nyan this christmas..^_^

Good job man. :) actually, that is how my dad makes inihaw na liempo, but he uses kalamansi instead of lemon. The best dip for this amazing dish is atsara (or cane vinegar with onion, garlic and chili if you don't like atsara).

God I hate colonial mentality so much. The thought that he's trying to be fancy by using lemon. Geez. Any cook knows that calamansi is superior to lemon, but you can't get it abroad. I would pay a lot of money for a bag of fresh calamansi.
It does not matter if he speaks tagalog even for me, I'm a norwegian. In their website there is the recipe in english and very good in explaining and easy to follow instructions. And many many good recipies. :-)
The only unconvinient for most european is to convert american measurement into the metric system. Cup into liters, ounce into gram, Farenheit into Celcius and so on. But that issue is solved by the many free converters on the internet. :-)

Don't know why people are bitching about him not speaking English. Can you not see how to do it by the way he is...ACTUALLY DOING IT? If you need specifics, just Google the recipe!
