  • Hello Bear, Enjoyed your video; you're very entertaining. Just so you know, however, you can actually boil the DME on the stove in your pyrex flask. That way, there's less chance of contamination and no need to transfer hot wort from the boil pot to the flask. :^) That's the way I do it. Your beer friend, Redneck579
