finally someone who is right up my alley.! I have been telling people for years about coconut oil and Apple vinegar...They work. They are natures miracles...so is sesame Oil...also red palm oil.
if you want really white teeth...try oil pulling with Sesame oil. You will never have to go get your teeth cleaned from the dentist.! I love Those like you that understand: if it is made in nature... it can be cured in nature...You go girl.!
