gosh what is it with america thinking its the centre of the world, yes our football isn't popular in america, however it is a much bigger sport globally than american football will ever be, and it was the original. oh and american football is based on rugby anyway- another english sport, and baseball is based on rounders which is yet again an english sport (played by girls) there is clearly more skill involved with our football...

One game of the year gets huge viewing figures but do the large majority of those people follow it on a weekly basis or support a team, no! But you go to any corner of the world and you you find a Man Utd or a Liverpool supporter and a national football league. And normal league match between Chelsea and Arsenal will bring in about the same amount of viewers as the SuperBowl as does the FA Cup. And 30% of the world population watched the 2006 World Cup Final.

Baseball is actually base around Rounders, which is primarily play by young girls here in England.. And I'lll give you that on the basketball point. Sorry, but American football is a very dull game, otherwise it would have taken off all over the globe and not just North America. Proper football has a world cup involving 32 nations with the whole world trying to qualify for it. Not even 32 nations play American football, even at a minority level

Are you a fucking idiot? Baseball was based around med and basketball was based around men. On top of that canada invented basketball. Stop mixing softball with baseball, softball is a sport for women based off of baseball. Find it rather stupid. Baseball however is a million times better then that retarded sport known as kricket and will always be harder than rugby. Same with football for that matter. Can't just pass anywhere you want to, can only pass once.

Sadly proper football will never be as popular as that bad version of rugby you call football. And the other 2 sports mentioned are based on girl's sports. Says alot about the Americans as a nation!
