my father doesnt believe in ghosts, spirits, etc. anything spiritual. and he has had many experiences with spirits in real life in front of his eyes. he says its all in the mind. and he could be right.

Turn off, forever, your TV, filter the fluoride from your water, eat natural and DO NOT PUT CHEMICALS ON OR IN YOUR BODY.
Look at your lotions and SUN SCREENS, DEODORANTS (USE SALT)
Don't eat garlic or meat.

Don't criticize what you can't understand. :)
draw lines of right and wrong/ good and evil within yourself. And put your rights into to action with action and within yourself. even if others aren't that doesn't give you the right to conform to those masses. thats the ultimate rebellion imo! we all have the ability to see whats right if we look deep enough.
