http://www.FTV.com/videos PARIS - Sarah Burton does it again! The Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2012 collection is signature Alexander McQueen with a lady's touch. That's what people love about Burton as head designer to have taken over the label after the untimely passing of its creator. "I loved it, I think they are all like sculptures that are moving," Actress Salma Hayek says enthusiastically. These are colors and shapes that we haven't seen before that pretty much have the McQueen stamp on it says Cathy Horyn from the New York Times. Girls wear veils covering their face and their pencil skirts have ruffles. Dresses were covered in shells and corals and pearls. Everything was detailed and fitted well, according to model Zuzanna Bijoch.

This is NOT Alexander McQueen!!!!!! i like the collection but its just not McQueen.... no one can replace Alexander.. he will always be in our hearts and he will always be my favourite designer

They all resemble the android in "Metropolis" in terms of their costumes. The model at 4:40 has beautifully-shaped chests.

I'm sure at one point of time I'm gonna miss late mcQueen's theatrical conceptual fashion show&collection, the hologram Moss, the mechanical spray paint.. but honestly at this point of time.. I like how msBurton directs the house, it's just wearable and yet it's super innovative. the first batch, I can imagine people in Paris going to work with that kind of attire. the 2:43's leather cutout lace is just to die for. wish she has more of it, more statement shoes. and last note; Hayek looks so hot!
