@omarnug ok whats the future then, cuz social networks thrive off an emptinss, the longing of people wanting to be intimate, and feel somehow beyond themselves. (lyk i might be nine years old talking to you). I think perhaps it is the basis of what the govt will eventually use for one of its "administrative schemes" it will be transformed into an official govt database as it already is. Did u see the satire on "cia facebook onions"

@childofconvenant Buzz disappeared two months ago. Wave will die in 2 weeks. G+ hasn't taken off yet, and it's incredibly slow. Facebook and Twitter have lots of users, but most of them don't really 'use' it. They just created their account. And there are lots of problems with privacy. E.g.: I don't want my pictures to be on the internet but I know some people have already uploaded photos of me, and I can't do anything! I think soc. networks are not the future (as they're now).

Google Wave looks like a terrific tool and I've only just heard of it.. Now that its been canceled.. Google for god sake.. please stop releasing things as full blown product.. from now on please label everything with "BETA TEST" or some kind of tag that lets people know its just a test.. oh and maybe try advertising your new stuff a little more.. i'm all over Google all the time and use many of the aps.. but never heard of wave.. too bad.. looks like a great tool that my whole company could use.
