This apartment hotel is situated beside the sea, with rocks in front and the beach of Figueretas to the left. Shops, bars and restaurants can all be found close by, and Playa d'en Bossa is just 500 m away. Ibiza town is within walking distance (2 km), but there is also a bus stop around 100 m from the apartments. Ibiza Airport is just 6 km away.

The hotel has 19 accommodation units in total, including 15 apartments, all of which were completely refurbished in 2007. The air-conditioned establishment has a lobby area with hotel safes and a café, bar, TV lounge and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the Internet access (charges apply).
