  • Hi, Shea terra was the first shea skin care line I tried...I'm a natural and organic freak lol!

I was 22 when I tried shea terra liquid black soap and I have to say that I really liked it but I did not see dramatic results on my skin, my complexion is normal and I'm only looking for the freshest, healthiest and even/velvety/porcelain result...As you can see I'm very perfectionist :-) I've never tried Osun but I might in the future, I'm a bit skeptical since the soap contains fragance...

  • @bohogirl10 I think it's awesome that you're into natural and organic products. Shea Terra was nice for me as well. It's not a life changing product, but I liked that it seemed to help with some of my oiliness. I'm looking for the same thing (even, velvety/porcelain skin) so let me know of any products that you try and love:) For example, I love raw argan oil!

Yes the Osun has a strong scent so I can see how some people would stay away from using it on their face.

  • I purchased dudu osun a few days ago, no burning at all for me! I think its because you left it on for a long time, and the lime juice that is in it will burn. What I do, is I put it on, do a quick scrub, and then I wash it off right away. My skin feels great, no irritation at all.

  • @mariedumpling I'm really happy that it didn't burn you. I suppose that could be the reason, but I still don't like the way it feels even when I don't leave it on. I ran out of my Shea Terra, and I found another black soap from Nubian Heritage that I love.

  • where r u from you sound like someone in the caribbean. it sucks living in jamaica hey is it world ditrubuted or is it limited.

  • @sexybodykrizzy I'm from Jamaica :) I'm not sure if it's world distributed, but you might be able to find something similar. I heard the Pears soap is good, and I think they sell that in Jamaica. I miss home :(

  • Coastal Scents dot com for black soap n shea butter, cocoa butter and oils...TRACK

  • I say that as the products you feature as mass marketed. The ingredient list for 100 % AUTHENTIC organic African Black Soap is simple and does NOT contain fragrance. Shea Terra uses the ABS as an INGREDIENT in its final product, whichthen no longer makes it Authentic African Black soap - but a Westernized re-named version. Check their ingredient list.

  • Please do try an AUTHENTIC African Black soap.

  • @bohogirl10 Please continue your search - look for Organic and AUTHENTIC 100% African Black soap in it's raw from. The video is showing ABS made for mass marketing. raw ABS does not look like that nor does it contain fragrance or additional hydroxides (sodium or potassium)

  • If you already have clear skin or dry skin this product won't be as helpful to you because its really for people with problem skin. You'll find that most people that rave about it have oily skin or acne prone skin

  • @IslandPersona Yeah I guess everyone's skin reacts to things differently.
