What the Instinct can do the iPhone can't
Record video, turn by turn GPS, replace the battery for only the cost of a battery, charge battery while not tethering your phone, be used by people with larger hands on the keyboard.
If you want apps, go for the Android. If you want a superior "smart" phone, go for the Instinct.
Other than a larger screen, and a slightly better interface, there's no benefit to using the iPhone that I've seen that the Android or Instinct don't do better.

I love my iPhone!!!! And I would love it even better with Voice guided gps!

Why should Iphone have a voice guided GPS? The voice is just very ignoring to hear her speak all the time. The Iphone is also much more good looking then the Instinct.
