park benches there for the old ppl who need to take a break from strollin on the beach or for the "winded" ones who are out of breath due to the hike they took to get to the beach from where they park so its a good investment.

@lisathegreat1 Maybe....but my question is why couldnt they rent beach chairs or better yet have them provided free of charge (just lock them away at night)? Park benches belong in Parks! not on the beach... Besides if you take a drive around the savanna you'll see that the primary purpose of a park bench in TNT is a bed for vagrants; not for the winded or elderly
