Anyone know how to put a seatbelt on a riding mower?

My dad traded for one of these, the motor wasnt firing and we couldnt get it firing so we changed the motor. Now it wont move. The transmissions just make a growling noise. They're full of fluid. Any ideas of whats wrong?

I have one just like it. Best mower I've ever had. Mine has an ONAN 18hp engine. Of course, I use it to mow lol.

that thing looks like its one wild ride to say the least!!! LOL!!!...u probably will not only need a seatbelt when riding that thing....but a helmet as well LOL..:)

Found it locally on craigslist. I'd never heard of a Wheel Horse zero turn before, but here it is. It's the sister model of the Toro 616Z.
