For those without a gym membership-NO equipment needed-just a chair for the step ups! Make it harder by adding jumping jacks or some type of cardio for 30 to 60 seconds in between each exercise. Make it easier by resting 30 seconds between exercises.

  • should this be done on a daily basis or should a day be spent resting muscles inbetween

  • @Baddogify A day of rest in between workouts would be best.
