  • These people applauded an anti-Sheriff Joe Arpaio comment in a public forum and were arrested by his deputies. He is an abusive, ineffective, corrupt sheriff who people vote for because they're more concerned about illegal immigrants than competent law enforcement. Look at his wikipedia... this video is really the tip of the iceberg for fascistic behavior associated with his department.

This has nothing to do with Obama, why would you even bring him up.

  • Hey fireman whatnot. you should research the matter yourself, because their is more footage online. Prior footage shows one pro-Arpaio woman making a public comment about having the pro-Arpaio supporters stand up. On top of that, while the board is trying to sit down and "conduct" their meeting, the pro-Arpaio supporters stand back up an applaud the board that apparently works for only them. Now, why weren't they arrested for creating a disruption? Because the board and MCSO represent them...

  • the tapes clearly show that ONLY critics of Arpaio were arrested...were no t those applauding in favor of Mr. Arpaio "sisruptive" too ? this is CLEARLY an attempt to stifle speech. SORRY ! and i continue to keep my eye on the ball...no mater WHAT issue one brings re" : Mr. Arpaio, his fans merely change the subjust to immigraton. i wont allow it. he is KGB and Mexico doesnt change that one bit.

  • @conservanazi sorry , but immigration has nothing to do with the arrest of people for clapping. stay on topic.

  • @MrVenezolano2020 god, you're dumb, there is light and happiness in learning, try reading a book. As I clearly explained, it is illegal to clap because it disrupts a legal proceeding. We cannot conduct our business as a society when it is difficult to hear what other people are saying because people stand up and clap loudly for long periods of time. To have a dialogue, which is agreed as the best method of finding compromise and solutions, it is necessary to not only speak, but listen.

  • I wish Joe arpaio dies today.

  • @mikeboosh Actually your incorrect. They were just clapping since when that is illegal or wrong? This is very disturbing.

  • You don't know the law. The first amendment does not apply to speaking out of turn at a government preceding. Can I go to Congress and start yelling at the top of my lungs to express myself? These people are disrupting a lawful preceding in a pretty immature way I might add. You can't simply show up to a meeting and speak or express yourself in any way out of turn. If they waited their turn, they would be free to speak and be heard in an ordered civil way. Only a liberal deals in absolutes.

  • stop changing the subject. people were arrested for dissent...covered uner the 1st amendment. THAT is the issue. period.

  • POLICE STATE my ass, You can not sneak into another country illegally and attempt to use the rights of its true citizens against that country.

    ARE YOU INSANE.

You are very lucky that our courts and justice system treats you so kindly, The american people would not be so charitable.
