This video is where Quanell X takes off his jacket and invites a man at the rally to a physical altercation. Just goes to show that the Lumberton Police Department (notice them in the background controlling the crowd) can practice restraint but the Panthers only desire violence and discourse. The sad thing is, this started over a black man dying in police custody, after he wrecked his car, WHILE HIGH ON PCP.

The police had to get him into custody, and they did. He died, he broke his neck in a car accident, and didn't know it because of the PCP, and resisted arrest. Can't do that with a broken neck bub.
