to escape the arm lock. you must close the arm cuff that is being attacked and hide it among his other arm. then u put your knee on the opponent's ass giving pressure on the opponent's trunk (wrapping) will give calmly taking off his arm in and releasing the elbow. remember never stand when taking the arm lock

But what they taught us in basic is that if you're in someone's guard posture up and run your kabar right down the inside on their upper thigh, if done right and you hit the artery they can bleed out in as little as 10-15 seconds. Moral of the story you shouldn't kill someone in a street fight but I've trained enough by now that I can put my opinion in, and after all most of my training is real life combat training, not how to throw armbars although we did do some stuff with them in bct

Nope I didn't train GJJ or but my uncle is the only license instructor in North Carolina, but I did start training Krav Maga after leaving basic right around 6 years ago because we were taught enough to get keeps us out of trouble in basic it seemed like it would be fun so I've been doing it ever since minus a few months from deployments and what not.
