Dynamic Architecture Curitiba Brazil

This is the first building in the world to be built with "dynamic architecture", in Curitiba/PR, Brazil, was inaugurated in December 2004.

Unlike previous rotating structures that required expensive and space-consuming mechanics to rotate only the top floor, this amazing system enables independent rotation, speed and direction for each floor, up to fifty stories, by local or remote control.
The entire living/working space, ceilings and outer walls revolve around the center core, which houses all the plumbing and wiring. The wrap-around balconies remain stationary. The mechanics that make all this happen are contained in an extremely small space, require virtually no maintenance, and use no more energy than a hair dryer. Cutting-edge "smart-house" technology is integrated into the design.
