  • hey bud i want to get a exhaust for my 1996 3.8 fire bird its my first it has i belive a stock dual pipe exhaust already form factory dnt know wer to start !help! I WANT good hp and to realse back presure i dnt have much 2 spend if i get a catback exhaust wat do u recommend and herd if i just instal a good muffler and tips would it do good? i dnt want very loud enoing sound ether thx plz let me kno ..

  • @18kswag try magnaflow exhaust its one of the best flowing out there and has a very low deep tone

  • what kind of muffler and tips are these? I'm getting a 99 firebird and its a v6, i want it to sound beastly like this. could you send me a link to the muffler and tips?

  • @Broly744 at the time when I had this car it was only a 40 series flowmaster muffler with some tips I chose at the exhaust shop I went. however since you're getting a 99 firebird it won't sound like this if its stock. 98-99 had smaller manifolds while 00-02 had less restricting ones, giving the car a deeper sound. Still wont sound like a v8 though

  • this sounds sweet is alll that you put on it is a new muffler and tips or did you start at the headers?

  • @mightymidget2013 it was just muffler and tips

  • hey bro dont listen to these fuckheads they have no ball ur car is sweet as fuck i wish i had it

  • who cares if its a v6. some ppl cant afford a trans am or cant find one in decent enough condition to buy. with a little work it could still be a respectable racer.

  • hey its me again, could you send me a link to the muffler? getting my firebird soon. maybe the tips too? thanks.

  • @Homejobsite The point is that's your opinion and you are entitled to it, but it doesn't make it right. Like the old saying goes, opinions are like assholes everyone has one!

  • @Homejobsite All about personal preference, to YOU it sounds like shit, but thats not going to be everyones opinion, because like assholes everyone has one.

  • @GMisurdaddy You missed the whole point JACK-ASS!! The car sounds like SHIT,, At least with that camera, and I highly doubt Buddy is running 700 HP... And who the fuck cares anyway... Some ricer turbo 4's run 8's....

I am talking stock STREET MAN!!!

  • @Homejobsite Don't be stupid, the Buick V6 is nothing to sneeze at. Actually, the 3800 series II in this car WILL withstand more HP than the aluminum LS1 that comes in the TA, That's why LS1 f-body racers tend to pull the aluminum motor and drop in a lq4 or lq9 truck block when going past 700HP because the aluminum block is less reliable at those power levels, the 3800 V6 is a different story, it can withstand more than 1000HP, fastest 3800 series II firebird in the world runs 8's

  • i jus got at 98 firebird. 3.8. and happy with it. lookin to change up the exhaust to the tips like on here. sounds nice!
