Party on Sixth and Cherry got busted up, so it moved to the streets. Pellet guns, tear gas, fires...no other word can describe this night other than CRAZY.

when a society doesn't allow for its young adults to have a responsible place to drink and party this sort of thing will happen. They broke up the party at some house so what do you expect out of a crowd of young drunk college kids? I would go right along with it, fuck it i say!

Sorry to break your bubble honey, but no university is a safe environment, and chico does not have top academic options. They are at best a mediocre institution, this type of behavior happens when you have kids who have grown up with out any values, morals and or common sense. They do not take responsiblity for anything, yet want everything handed to them for free.

This is ridiculous. Most of you people are at Chico to go to College. It is okay to have some fun, but why this? All colleges have parties, but acts like these taint the colleges name as well as the people affiliated with that college. To the people that were at the "Chico Riots" stop wasting your parents money, your money, or who's ever money it is, and go to school, study, and still have fun, but not this shit. If you can't do that then take this bullshit elsewhere. Truly dissapointing.
