My first show was The Kinks in 1989 UK Jive Tour at 13 years old...It made all of the difference and fixed my soul for rock n' roll. I saw a couple of Ray's solo acoustic tours in recent years and he still sounds great. I wish he and Dave would partner up again for a summer tour... I know those guys have plenty of new songs left in them and hell, I'll take nostalgia any day with these guys. Long live the Davies brothers!

Yup, great song by a great legendary band! Saw them play this during their 1979* tour at Red Rocks Amphetheater-Morrison (Denver), Colorado *(Sept. 9th to be exact for only $8!)

@kilts4u2 I'vwe been saying that for YEARS !! Dave Davies was so tasty ! THe live version of this song on One More For The Road has the greatest opening solo ever, I learned it note for note years ago, always bring an incredible smile to my face.

I'll tell you who was underrated. . .Dave Davies. His guitar compositions and solos were truly brilliant. The cleanest licks and exceptional clarity. Never seemed to miss a note. The original bassist died not long ago. My LA musician friend said that possibly his greatest role was keeping Ray and Dave from beating each other up. I"ve loved this band from day one. On the forefront of the British Invasion. Dave. .you rock.

Great song, great band! They are, by far, THE most under-rated band EVER. What a fantastic video! I love the footage of the pre-concert activities and people filtering into the arena...how concerts used to be. I saw The Kinks at the Capital Centre in January 1982 (Bryan Adams opened). It was a cold, very snowy night in the Washington D.C. area that night, but it was rocking in the Cap Centre! Ahh...what great memories! To be 15 again and hanging out at great concerts like this one....
