Great video! Do not worry fish have very little pain sensors and the hook will rust and fall in a week or two... I have caught on a wobbler pike with a hook in it's mouth also I have had consecutive attack on my wobblers and spinners from the same fish which has just been hooked and broke free before it reached the coast...

though ur attempt to unhook the fish will make it easyer for the grouper to get rid of them!

he'll be fine, its not cool to lose a fish and leaving him with the hook (and lure)the guy that hooked this fish was probably gonna kill and eat/sell it.. if so, he's much better off like this. i fish too but for pleasure, i heal the hooking wounds take a photo and release it when its ready to swim again. i would never kill a fish or eat one!
