Missingno is a good idea - can't imagine what type it would be though, ghost-type I guess? I always thought about the kangaskid idea myself, but so has every other pokemon fan!

Problem is, Nintendo aren't interested in ideas like these. They make their own pokemon so it covers their backs. It's nothing against the fans, but they don't want their asses sued in court.
