dbz evolution did suck balls. so did the last airbender movie. so i think that they should STOP remaking movies. cuz they all suck XD

They did a good job paralleling the live action with memorable events in the anime, in fact I remember one good video here that shows the anime clip and then the movie clip clearly demonstrating this. The people who say it sucks are the idiots who wanted it to be nothing but DBZ jumping from fight scene to fight scene with no story at all. Instead you got the story that some people didn't notice as well when watching the anime/reading the manga. I for one think it stuck to the main plot well.

You also need to learn to listen to the movie you are watching and pay attention to what is actually going on. In the anime and manga Goku was very dumb about what a "girl" was. He was very innocent and childish in the ways he found out from Bulma what a girl was. In fact until he told Bulma his age she thought he was just a lil kid of about 7 or 8. The reason James Marsters said it's more of the "grown up" Goku is he is a teen, he is interested in girls, and he quickly develops a relationship.

I love watching all these "review" videos about Dragonball Evolution who whine that "this isn't DragonballZ! I thought DBZ came first cause I'm a freaking retard!" Also when you start talking about the "fanboys" you need to first get some knowledge about the series you're bashing. Sure this isn't a carbon copy of the anime, pro tip #1 is that we didn't want that in the first place! So stop bitching that it's not the EXACT same. Watch the anime, read the manga, and THEN watch DB:E

you were right about everything, it was horrible. i had my hopes up wen i first heard they were gonna make a movie, then i saw a trailer online and almost fell off my chair cursing the piece of shit. ps, goku was a teen by the end of the DragonBall series, and he was married, so i dont know wat that dumbass actor was talking about wen he siad it was a more "grown up" movie. especially wen the fight scenes were about disney at best, if that.
