North American P-51 Mustang "Lucky Lady VII" D-FPSI. Enjoy the awesome Rolls-Royce Merlin engine sound, the in-flight and the low pass which causes another great sound effect.

Chuck Yeager (first who broke the sound barrier) flew once such a plane in World War II. In those days this plane was a great success and probably the best fighter plane! It was especially feared by the enemy for its sharp dogfights. Today it is an old and seldom warbird but extremely popular. I am sure the P-51 is the best sounding aircraft ever with its merlin engine. P-51 Mustang is a great oldtimer and a real flying legend which will never die!

  • What a beautiful Mustang!! Sheer magnificence seeing her towed out of the hangar. And I love the way you edited it so we could see inside and outside, like landing and so on. Mustangs rock!! :)

  • BE CAREFUL WITH HER!!!

  • Farout!!!

  • This is the most beautiful flying machine that man has ever built. It displays raw power through it orchestrated sound leaving behind the smell of hi octane go juice as it throttles up to gracefully leave the ground playing its music .... ah yes, what a deadly angel.

  • @FysikFyren Oh yes! Thanks for appreciating it!
