My new toy -Novint Falcon Force feedback controller

This is my new toy. Its a Novint falcon force feedback controller. it can be use as a half-life 2 controller with a mod. I hope you enjoy.

It seems to be too little to do that force without moving itself on the table, but I haven't seen any video in which it moves, so it's clear that it doesn't. How can it hold itself so firmly on its position?

it uses haptics tschnology.

With shooters the base shimmies a little when firing a machine gun, but it's very stable.

Sure it does all that, and I know I'll end up with one for me :)

What I meant is that it seems easy to move the whole device over the table without wanted it during use. But despite this impression, it keeps stable at its place on the table in all videos.

Maybe I'm a little bit late.. but there are many videos of it's use in FPS shooters that demonstrates force, you shoot a gun and it kicks back, you move your courser over an object and you can feel the texture PUSHING against you if it's rubbery or if the texture is bumpy, you FEEL the bumps.
