Toupee Jay Helfert has a very bad memory... At the hardtimes tournaments Buddy Hall won 3 of them the biggest tournaments ever held at hardtimes beating Jose Parica in each one of those events and all the rest of the Phillippinos... I saw Buddy beat at one of those tournaments Parica, Reyes, Bustamante, Del Rosario, in the same day match after match ... Toupee Jay has a bad memory, lolllllllllllllll ... Buddy Hall is the Greatest Nine Ball Champion of All Times ...
