i typed fly to fly over to the spot and walk to stop
this only works in offline mode but i found a better way
type class gp
then type bind I viewclass projectile
after that when you fire a 203 you can press I and it follows the 203

i havent played in a few years but if i remember correct to play offline in the main screen hit the button which brings up console. i think its the tilde button (the one just above tab) or the @ button depending on keyboard. after that type open then map name. e.g. open bridge. or open pipeline
