Stream I made for my back yard. Lots of work, but turned out I think, we love it.

  • Nope, no concrete, just very careful placement of the stones--took very long time and lots of back aches.

  • what kind of/gph pump is driving this stream?

  • I moved from there about two years ago, but I think it was a 2,000-or 2500.

  • I like the sounds coming from this little guy.

About how long is it? Cost involved?

  • I no longer live there, but it is about 30 feet long and 2-3 feet wide if I remember. I did all the work myself with directions from a nursery I bought everything from. It cost (with all the stones--3 tons worth)-about $1400.00. It was easy digging for this as this was all sand on this land-if it was rockey it would have been really hard. Took me a couple of months.

  • Beautiful job! I love it, pat yourself on the back, you've earned it, enjoy.

  • Did you have to use concrete in the stream to insure the water went over the bigger rocks?

  • nice
