因在北京宋莊藝術館表演性愛行為藝術，諷刺內地藝術界墮落的行為藝術家成力，被公安以「尋釁滋事」帶走後，日前證實被送往勞 教 一年。消息稱公安稱他的「犯罪」未達到追究刑責程度，其家人則已聘請律師，準備提出行政復議。
