A new, high resolution, interactive map of United States carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels has found that the emissions aren't all where we thought. The maps and system, called Vulcan, show CO2 emissions at more than 100 times more detail than was available before. Until now, data on carbon dioxide emissions were reported, in the best cases, monthly at the level of an entire state grid. The Vulcan model examines CO2 emissions at local levels on an hourly basis. Purdue researchers say the maps are also more accurate than previous data because they are based on greenhouse gas emissions instead of estimates based on population in areas of the United States. http://news.uns.purdue.edu/x/2008a/08...

The trouble with this video would have you believe that CO2 is like a choking gas covering the whole of the united states like a thick cloud. But the truth be known is that CO2 makes up such a tiny amount of the air and only 0.038% so this is exaggerated view and one you should ignore
You are ignoring the fact that CO2 is being put into the atmosphere by the burning of fossil fuels. Perhaps normally your statistic would be relevant, but you're just trying to spread the epidemic ignorance.
There is no epidemic of ignorance because there is no proof what so ever man is doing this. All you sheeple bleating on climate change when it's mostly made up and the words IF & MIGHT come up way to often, basically its just guess work. Carbon dioxide is released to the atmosphere by a variety of natural sources, and over 97% of total CO2 emissions would occur even if humans were not present on earth. Lets just hope they don't ban the fizz in our drinks, yes its the same CO2
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! And you call us Sheeple. There's nothing wrong with being doubtful or critical of scientific findings. But when the majority of CREDIBLE scientific evidence is showing us that Humans are creating excess of the natural levels of CO2, to ignore that is ignorant. There is absolutely no question that human beings are changing the climate through the greenhouse effect. I imagine you're going to tell me that Evolution is a myth too!
Air currents. Actually many of the large wind current systems wind up dumping air pollution of all sorts at the polar regions.
In this same vein, ocean water likewise flows in vast currents, called gyres. In the pacific, much of the entire ocean has become a large floating underwater trash heap. Much of this is consolidated into a huge area in the middle around where the gyre circulates, but the gyre itself carries more trash around the ocean than what is in the island.
