Très bel enregistrement, dommage qu'il soit parti prématurément, Rudolf Bing était sur le point de l'engager au Met quand sa mort est survenue. Un immense chef.

Bon oui, la guerre a été finie, mais pas vraiment en Allemagne qui devrait s'arranger sous l'occupation des quatres puissances ... et c'était elle, la nation coupable de la guerre; c'est pourquoi je suis étonnée du fait que cet orchestre joue Beethoven à cette époque

@Memale2009 J'ai revérifié mes sources, l'œuvre a été enregistré entre 1946 et 1949. Personnellement, ça ne m'étonne qu'à moitié car F. Busch n'était pas considéré comme un chef symbolique contrairement à Furtwängler. Si Furtwängler avait enregistré Beethoven dans ces années-là, oui, il y a de quoi être étonné mais là... le chef est allemand mais l'orchestre est américain
