@TssCman123 This has a 2 wire-4-wire converter module. You connect it to the back of the Horn/Strobe and it can run in silent mode, or "Genesis" mode. This is usually used with Conventional FireShield Panels. They usually use the module when the system involves both Mass/Voice notification appliances (speaker strobes) and horn strobes, and is used to silence the horn while the message plays, then resumes the horn during the tone session.
