May 24 - The Internet Tax Freedom Act bans taxes on internet access and is due to expire in November. Internet industry advocates like Don't Tax Our Web are leading the charge to make the ban permanent.

  • Not the goverment, the companies sending there lobyists...

  • As an American it shames me that most Americans accept any trash rammed down their throats. The US govt could tax air and the stupid bleating sheeple wouldn't think anything of it. The US govt isn't the problem, its the brain dead, fat-ass, reality TV watching masses who are to blame.

  • Democrats want internet tax. Republicans want it to stay as it is.

  • They need the internet tax so they can use for Iraq and Afghanistan war costing $800 billion per year + soldier's tax
