i think dirt track experience is useful in NASCAR when you're running on worn tires

Dirt track experience helps with asphalt racing in general. It teaches you must better car control. I never raced asphalt in my life but had been on dirt for years and the first night I ever touched asphalt in a late model I won a 25 lap race from 21st. Many drivers will say how helpful it is
