-1 3/4 oats -1 1/2 scoop of protein powder -1 tblspn vanilla extract -1 tblspn extra virgin olive oil -1 banana (mushed) -2 tblspn Truvia -1/4 cup sliced almonds -2 tblspn mini chocolate chips and white morsels -1 spoonful of regular skippy peanut butter -A little bit of Almond Milk (to help with mixture)
